As I logged in on GitHub, I was suggested one so-called trending repository. It was FujiwaraChoki/MoneyPrinterV2.

I then discovered harry0703/MoneyPrinterTurbo, at some point “number one shit of the day”!

GitHub is a collection of crap. They should be fined or even closed for not policing their platform at all! 😡

In brief:

🔴 MoneyPrinterTurbo is the creation of a Chinese shithead whose pretended Westernized name is Harry. This shit is a tool created with the purpose of generating short videos with one click using AI (LLMs).

From the English-language README:

Simply provide a topic or keyword for a video, and it will automatically generate the video copy, video materials, video subtitles, and video background music before synthesizing a high-definition short video.

From Thanks for Sponsorship:

Thanks to PicWish for supporting and sponsoring this project, enabling continuous updates and maintenance.

PicWish focuses on the image processing field, providing a rich set of image processing tools that extremely simplify complex operations, truly making image processing easier.

Oh, I know PicWish. It’s Chinese. He’s also using RecCloud, a Chinese platform that offers a free AI video generator service!

Features include, among others:

  • Supports video copy in both Chinese and English
  • Supports multiple voice synthesis, with real-time preview of effects
  • Supports subtitle generation, with adjustable font, position, color, size, and also supports subtitle outlining
  • Supports integration with various models such as OpenAI, Moonshot, Azure, gpt4free, one-api, Qwen, Google Gemini, Ollama, DeepSeek, ERNIE, Pollinations, ModelScope and more

A crucial feature not yet implemented: “Automate upload to YouTube platform.”

🔴 This project has:

  • 50.5k stars
  • 365 watchers
  • 7.2k forks

So there are some other 7,200 other “master shitheads,” not counting the many more simple users of this tool!

The project has 31 contributors, in case anyone needed a shortlist of the most shitheaded shitheads.

🔴 The other project, MoneyPrinterV2, belongs to one Sami Hindi, student in Switzerland, who goes by the FujiwaraChoki moniker. He claims to be located in Zürich, which I supposed is true, but the time zone shown by his GitHub profile page is impossible.

🔴 This guy created Shiori.ai, described as “the fastest ChatGPT alternative,” but this is just another LLM aggregator. This guy is the middleman between your money and API calls to 15+ LLMs. The ToS and the Privacy Policy clearly state that Sami Hindi is “the individual operator of Shiori,” that “Shiori is a trade name and is not a registered legal entity,” and that the place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.

🔴 His “MoneyPrinterV2” is meant to “automate the process of making money online”:

It is a complete rewrite of the original project, with a focus on a wider range of features and a more modular architecture.

This project is a more advanced one, as it includes:

  • YouTube Shorts Automater “to generate Video-Files and upload them to YouTube Shorts.”
  • Twitter Bot “to automate the process of growing a Twitter account. …the bot will start posting tweets based on the subject you provided during the account creation.”
  • Affiliate Marketing: “It uses Ollama (as all other classes) as its way to utilize the power of LLMs, in this case, to generate tweets, based on information about an Amazon Product. MPV2 will scrape the page of the product, and save the product title, and product features, thus having enough information to be able to create a pitch for the product, and post it on Twitter.”

🔴 There are fewer fans for this project (maybe because it’s not Chinese):

  • 17.5k stars
  • 153 watchers
  • 1.9k forks

Still, there are 14 contributors to the project!

🔴 There are 4 quotes Sami likes, and the first one is telling regarding his lack of any morality:

The only real test of intelligence is if you get what you want out of life.

Is this a quote from Genghis Khan, Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Vladimir Putin, Donald J. Trump, or a number of other similar past or present individuals? Oh, I forgot Elon Musk.

Did the world really need such creators of crap-making bots? Is this why AI is using so much energy? Should these individuals be allowed to create such damaging tools in impunity?
