Quickest quickie: Claude 3.7 is here
Just before taking an 8-day pause from blogging, I noticed that Claude got a version upgrade. The official announcement, Claude 3.7 Sonnet and Claude Code, is informative enough, but there are already plenty of useless YouTube rants about nothing. Some day, I should test its coding capabilities.
For now, I just noticed that its Android app has proposed me to use voice input, and a “true” one: it’s not Android that does the voice recognition, but Claude, who receives audio input from me, not text. In this quick test, I probably spoke too fast, and it got “inversion” instead of “in version”; nonetheless, he understood what I was asking!
In other news, its “thinking” mode is unfortunately a Pro-only feature. But I can use its new “analysis” tool in the free tier too.
Not these days, though. But Claude remains my preferred AI chatbot, assistant, or whatever it is.
Over and out.
Is it just my feeling, or Claude 3.7 Sonnet has a lower daily limit for free users?
